By accessing or using the RaisePe.com website and our AI-powered services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization (e.g., a startup or VC firm), you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

RaisePe.com provides an AI infrastructure for early-stage fundraising. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Founder Feedback Engine: Automated analysis of pitch decks, market validation, and generation of a "Fundability Score."
• VC Dealflow Automation: Tools for investors to ingest, structure, and score inbound startup applications.
• Matching: Algorithmic matching of startups to potential investors based on thesis and data fit.

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access.
• Notify us immediately if you discover any security breach at RaisePe.com.

RaisePe.com operates on a hybrid SaaS model. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees indicated for that service.

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

You retain all rights to the pitch decks, data, and documents ("User Content") you upload to RaisePe.com.

By uploading content, you grant RaisePe.com a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and analyze said content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

Confidentiality: We treat your pitch decks as confidential. We do not share your specific deck with investors without your explicit opt-in or "Connect" request.

The RaisePe.com Platform, including our "NeuralFlow AI," proprietary algorithms, Fundability Score methodology, and software, are the exclusive property of RaisePe.com.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform.

• No Investment Advice: AI insights are for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice.
• No Guarantee of Funding: A high score does not guarantee that you will raise capital.
• "As Is" Basis: The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RaisePe.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

In no event shall RaisePe.com's aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us in the past six (6) months.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal action will be brought exclusively in the courts located in New Delhi, India.
